Location

The property stands on a plot of land pied dans l'eau a few hundred meters from the center of Ranco, where there are major services and some excellent ristornati. Angera, equally well-stocked and home to a colorful weekly market is only 2 km, well connected by road along the lake.

Comfortable car travel are guaranteed by the motorway exits Castelletto Ticino, while international connections are very efficient thanks to the airport Malpensa International Airport which is about 25 Km and well connected by motorways and fast roads.
