Location

The property is located in the town of Castelletto Sopra Ticino, just 30 minutes from Malpensa. A clearing in the woods is home to the villa and its beautiful park of 10,000 square meters overlooking the river Ticino. Access to the property is via a dirt road well maintained and well traveled by any means of transport that extends for about 600-700 meters.

Immobile

The villa was built in the early '80s in the best position of the large plot, overlooking the river. It has two levels plus basement, divided in various environments as follows:
