Villa in the Golf Club of Monferrato

Location

Our proposal is part of a small group of villas built from the renovation of a country hamlet of ancient construction on the edge of the Villa Carolina Golf Club, located in Capriate d'Orba, Alessandria.

The elevated position provides optimum sun exposure and a nice panoramic view, surrounded by vineyards occupying the slope of the hill on which the villa is located, through which, by means of a viable only with golf cart, you come up to the facilities of golf club.

The villa

Traditional building techniques reworked in a modern gave life to this house by special finishes, built on two levels above ground in turn divided into two levels slightly offset from each other.

The ground floor sees the important presence of two arches recovered from the original building and integrated with a new ceiling vaults traditional, bordering the living area with fireplace and reading area from the dining room.

This, placed at a level slightly lower than the living room, has a ceiling with wooden beams recovered and terracotta tiles, giving a very warm with the fireplace.

The kitchen has the same finishes and offers access to a service area with utility room, laundry-bathroom and another room of considerable size may be used as bedroom of service.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms with en suite. The split level, well separated from the other rooms, there is a single room and the master suite, with wardrobe, study, bathroom and large bedroom with a mansard roof from a considerable height, beamed asciate.

A small balcony offers a panoramic view on the lakes and the green of the golf course and vineyards.
