Villa Ceriana, a piece of history of Lake Maggiore.
In 1887 the Russian Prince Peter Trubetzkoy, diplomat and passionate botanist, settled on Lake Maggiore for the favorable climate for the cultivation of rare and exotic plants, sold the property to the family Ceriana Racca that with the project of the famous architect Carlo Ceppi became the abode in massive and prestigious body developed on three floors.
In 1970 it was transformed into an elegant villa Ceriana Luxury property with the construction of some units (see the book "Houses of Lake" first and second editions of the Publishing House Scenarios).
In 2005 the villa was the subject of thorough and careful restoration means that its historical connotation and surrounding today make an abode of great value and charm.
The entrance to the villa located lakefront overlooking a large hall with frescoes, fireplace, chandeliers and panels above all original. A side leads to the beautiful wooden staircase leading to the upper floors.
Living the present immersed in a magical atmosphere of the past surrounded by the scents and essences typical of Lake Maggiore in contemplation of the colors of the lake is priceless.
Ideal investment for those who chose to stay, work and rest in a fascinating and fantastic place charming.
