You rent apartment in Verbania town Zoverallo in renovated building a few units. in a panoramic, sunny and peaceful, the first hill but not far from the center of Verbania, on the shores, beaches, shops and restaurants.

Both rent is to use guesthouse in the winter months and seasonal from April to September.

L 'apartment on the ground floor is furnished, it has a private garden and garage. It consists of entrance hall, large living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bedroom hallway with two double bedrooms with a bathroom and shower room, second bathroom with bath tub.
