Description of Property

The property houses the first half of a hill overlooking the city of Angera the hill opposite the medieval castle "La Rocca Angera".

The land is about 6.000mq, 2,000 of them prepared in the garden of vineyards and 4,000 enrolled in the Lombardy region as cultivation IGT.

The main body is in the middle of the garden and at the bottom of the hill. There are 2 secondary bodies: a 20 square meter used in thermal power plant for half and half to kitchen and bathroom outside, the other is a rustic house with a plant of approximately 105sqm, 80 and 25 of main body of the porch.
