Villa Park Lake Maggiore

Location

The hilly area overlooking Lake Maggiore has always been a sought after location for the purchase of second homes, for its mild climate all year round, due to the presence of small towns with all the main services and for the convenience road links.

It is also the ideal location to escape the chaos of the city, given the almost total absence of traffic and the noise of these magnificent residential areas.

La villa

The current owners have taken care of a profound and total renovation of the original, which ended in 2000.

We note the work of expansion of modern cut but using typical materials of construction of the old farmhouses that dotted these hills a time, a very high attention to the details of construction makes these stone walls an element of absolute value.

Inside, the villa has an elegant finishing and distribution of well-designed spaces for use of the house on weekends or holiday periods.

We find a large living area on the first floor where features a beautiful fireplace in the center of the two doors that provide access to large terrace and a cozy loft, accessible by a beautiful wooden staircase and wrought iron.

The park

With an area of about 3,000 square meters, the park of this property completely surrounds the villa, providing it with the necessary privacy.

The outer perimeter is completely surrounded by a hedge, which is interrupted only on two access driveways.

The upstream, near the villa, allows the use of convenient covered parking for 3 large cars, the downstream has been conceived as service access, or to allow parking for any guests.

There are several tall trees, and a zone is used as a rock garden, the whole park is equipped with automatic irrigation that uses the accumulation of 12,000 liters of rainwater in two underground tanks.

In front of the villa there is a large terrace which houses the swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) and a basement boiler room dedicated to it.
